Saint of the Shattered Veil Teaser

So, given that there has been a delay in getting The Devourer’s Sonata released, I moved up the release of my dark fantasy collection, Saint of the Shattered Veil. This collection of ten dark fantasy short pieces (between 7500 and 12000 words each) follows the exploits of Anya, “The Veiled Rose,” Petrova, a warrior nun with vows of near silence, veiled visage, and always providing aid to the afflicted, and (sometimes) her lover, Seraphine Duskwhisper, an elfin sorceress touched by the Void itself with powers that can both mend tears in reality and, if she loses focus or control, destroy that same reality.

Stories include tracking down a ghost ship with sailors cursed when their captain sought to bind a demonic lord of the Bale Lands to his service in order to control the winds, protecting a young woman whom assassins seek after her father ordered her lover’s execution, tracking the source of an eerie green light emerging from catacombs that have been sealed for years, and protecting the heirloom of an aristocratic house threatened with theft on the night of a masquerade.

Fans of The Weird of the White Wolf, The Witcher, Bloodborne, Dark Souls, and Castlevania should give this collection a read.
